So so so good!! Fish pakora, curry goat and the tandoori chicken are incredible. There’s also 300 or so other things to choose from, including a whole section for the picky kids who ily eat pizza and fries. Great Halal or vegetarian selections as well. What a gem of a restaurant.

This restaurant truly lives up to the hype! With excellent food, a wide variety of dishes, and an authentic Indian taste, it offers the perfect combination of delightful flavors, a great ambiance, and warm hospitality. Don’t miss starting with their chaats, and the appetizers are just as impressive. What really stood out to me was the extensive selection of desserts, all with a genuine Indian touch. The spacious seating accommodates groups of all sizes, from couples to parties of 10. Be sure to arrive with an empty stomach—this buffet is a treat you won’t forget!

What a fantastic restaurant! The food is amazing and a steal for the price! Tons of vegetarian options. If you have picky young eaters, no worries. They serve several different types of mini pizzas on the buffet along with french fries and other things that are sure to please the most bland of palates. Like for anyone who likes to explore all that Indian food has to offer, you're in for a treat. Try a little of this sample a little of that. Anything you might be scared to order normally, this is your chance. It seems like they rotate daily what they serve and the dishes. So if you are a repeat guest, you won't get bored. Lots of desserts to choose from both hot and cold, American style and Indian style, with an entire ice cream buffet selection. The ambiance is fantastic and all of the wait staff is very kind and will take the time to explain to you what you should try with what just in case you're new to exploring Indian food. This is worth crossing the border from the US.

Tandoori Flame Surrey – A Long-Awaited Visit That Truly Delivered! Tandoori Flame had been on my bucket list ever since I moved to Canada. For some reason, the visit kept getting postponed—but finally, on June 24, we made it there for dinner, and it was absolutely worth the wait! Probably one of the largest Indian buffet chains in Vancouver and its suburbs, this location sits conveniently at the Surrey–Delta border. Despite being in a busy area, the venue offers ample free parking, which is a big plus. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere sets the tone. The entry area gives off an authentic Indian vibe. On your left is a stylish bar, and straight ahead, the reception desk. Whether you have a reservation or not, you’re greeted warmly and given a token. Unless you’re in a group of 2-3 or fewer, I strongly recommend making a reservation to avoid a long wait or potential disappointment. We were assisted by a very friendly and supportive hostess who seated us within 5 minutes it felt almost like a star hotel experience. Inside, the ambiance was impressive: calm lighting, tasteful decor, and a soothing vibe that made for a comfortable dining setting. The Buffet Experience: Since it was a weekday, the price was around 34 per person. The spread was vast and authentic; starting from appetizers, chaats, and a salad bar, to a rich variety of main courses and desserts. Every dish I tried was flavorful and well-prepared. I went back for three rounds and still felt like I couldn’t do justice to the full variety! I especially enjoyed the meat section, which included both halal and non-halal options (which i tried the both). If you’re like me and want to get the most out of your visit, I’d suggest skipping or limiting your time at the salad and chaat stations and focusing more on the main dishes. The desserts had all the familiar Indian classics, my favorites were the halwa and kheer. Our table was served by a gentleman named Jenson (not sure whether i spelled it correctly) a very humble and attentive server who always had a smile on his face. Excellent service from him made the experience even better. Final Verdict: Overall, the evening was a wonderful culinary experience. We left fully satisfied and are already planning a return trip, maybe for lunch next time. If you’re in the Vancouver area and looking for a high quality Indian buffet, Tandoori Flame is highly recommended!

It was my first time coming here, the experience went beyond my expectations. I loved the idea of being able to try different variations of food to see what I like or not. Loved the cocktail and mocktails offered at this restaurant as well. I am definitely coming again, was worth the drive for sure!! Dined in on 25/04/24, 25/05/14

I’ve been to the location in Brampton, Ontario a few times and it’s always my favourite Indian buffet. Today was the first time I tried it at this location and it was just as good. The only thing I didn’t like is the loud techno/house music. The decor and the food is Indian so some light Indian music would have added to the experience.

Tandoori Flame truly exceeded our expectations! From the moment we walked in, the service was fantastic — warm, welcoming, and very attentive. The food was absolutely amazing — high quality, fresh, and full of flavor. There were so many choices, and we loved that while a few dishes were spicy, most had just the right amount of seasoning, which was perfect for us. The buffet was so extensive, it easily covered both our lunch and dinner — we definitely ate our fill! The staff were super friendly, and the place was well-managed and clean. If you’re looking for a great dining experience with excellent variety, great value, and top-notch service, Tandoori Flame is the place to go. We’ll definitely be back!

I visited this Indian buffet restaurant during the year-end holiday season, and it was a delightful experience. The festive Christmas decorations added a warm and cheerful atmosphere, making it perfect for holiday celebrations. The food was excellent, with an impressive variety of curries—chicken, beef, lamb, and more—all bursting with authentic flavors. The dessert section featured many traditional Indian sweets, which were a bit too sweet for my taste, but I appreciated the option to enjoy ice cream and cake as well. The ambiance makes it ideal for family gatherings or company parties. They even have private rooms that can accommodate groups of 20-30 people, providing a more intimate and enjoyable experience. Overall, this restaurant is a fantastic choice for both food and atmosphere, especially during the holiday season. Highly recommended!
